Living A Simpler Life Is Simply Rewarding

These days we find more and more people are learning about living a simpler life.

I am not talking about giving up all your worldly possessions, move to some remote woods and have to practice sustainable living.

I know many of you will scoff at this kind of extreme lifestyle as silly or argue that it is not practical at all.

Before, I used to live a life saddled with debts and stuff. I was one of those folks or rather fools who got entranced by the world consumerism. And it almost consumed me alive!
Living a simpler life is simply rewardingThen one day, I realized all the wasteful spending, all thoseĀ  unnecessary stuff cluttering up my place and my life.

From there I started to appreciate and love to live a simpler life.

Now I am enjoying the benefits of a clutter-free life and understand the meaning of less is more.

I got rid off and reduced all those unnecessary “fluff” and “stuff”. And focus only on the essentials.

Don’t let the accumulated mess control your life, so that you can have more space, more money and more time to do things which really matter to you.

It brings tranquility into your life, keeps you out of debt, and you don’t need to keep up with the Jones.

Please be remember that we are here only for a short time, so might as well have a good time. As Abraham Lincoln said:”It’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.”

Do simple things which delight you and make you feel good. Remember to slow down, smell the roses and embrace the simple pleasures of daily life.

It is time to change the way you look at everyday stuff which you tend to take for granted.

Be mindful and live consciously. Be more aware of your words and actions. Fill your days with meaningful activities and your nights then can be restful.

You are worthy of your life and be grateful that you are still alive. Learn to appreciate others and cherish the world around you.

Do you know that generally our life is all about mind over matter?

It is the amazing power of our mind which determine our life. Even now when you are reading this, it is all because of your mind.

You can do something good about your life, you can make all the necessary changes right away.

I’m sure you have heard the popular cliched phrase, “if you want to change your life, change your thoughts.”

Re-examine some of your ways of thinking that junk up your mind and keep you reliving the same unpleasant experiences again and again.

Learn to forgive yourself and others for all that has happened in the past, so you can free up space in your mind, letting it go and make way for new and exciting things. ForgiveĀ  or let go and move on with your life.

As I have mentioned it is all in your mind. You can choose to focus on happy and positive thoughts that can uplift you from your humdrum existence which has prevent you from enjoying your life fully.

Ralph Waldo Emerson said: “Life is a journey, not a destination.”

Just enjoy the journey while keeping an eye on the destination. It is definitely going to be one winding and bumpy ride, as you already know life is never ever going to be perfect.

In order to to live a quality and a simpler life, you should overcome procrastination and get things done.

I also strongly believe in applying Pareto Principle or the 80/20 Rule in both personal and professional life.

This so-called “vital few and trivial many” concept serve as a continual reminder to focus eighty percent of our effort on the twenty percent of our tasks that matter the most.

I would be sharing with you more of my experiences of living a simpler life.

Topics like healthy living, creative thinking, indulging in simple pleasures, personal improvement, learn to live in the present moment, relaxation, inspiring life quotes and issues related to good living and wellness.

My aim is to bring awareness to you and hopefully inspire you to make the changes in order to live a balanced and simpler life filled with happiness, abundance and bliss, which I am enjoying them right now.

As I always say, I just hold up the lamp. You choose your own life path.
