Relationship between self-reflection and self-awareness: We learn as we live our life. In other words, life is a learning journey. Our experiences teach us as we move along, whether we realize or not. But if we take the time to reflect on our lives, we will realize that all our past experiences are life lessons. Self-reflection will bring out our self-awareness.
Self-awareness can lead us to explore our personalities, value systems, beliefs, natural inclinations and tendencies.By having a better understanding of ourselves, then only we are empowered to make changes in our lives.
