The Power Of Thought Controls Your Life

Do you know the impact of  power of thought? Our mind, or what we called  nature’s greatest gift. It is said that on an average day the average person runs about sixty thousand thoughts through his mind? In addition, ninety-five percent of those thoughts were the same as the ones you thought the day before. The mind is a wonderful servant but a terrible master.

"power of thought"People who think the same thoughts every day, most of them negative thoughts. These folks have what we called a bad mental habits. Rather than focusing on all the good in their lives and thinking of ways to make things even better, they are held back by their pasts.

Some of them worry about failed relationships or financial woes. Then there are others who fret over their less-than-perfect childhoods or brood over more trivial matters.

These people do not know that mind management is the essence of life management. Most of us don’t realize the enormous power of their minds.

I know we cannot control the weather or the traffic or the moods of all those around us. But, we most certainly can control our attitude towards these events. We have the power to determine what we will think about in any given moment. In other words, we can harness the power of thought.

Do you know that there is no such thing as objective reality or ‘the real world.’ There are no absolutes. It is said that no matter what happens to you in your life, you have the capacity to choose your response to it.  It is true that when you form the habit of searching for the positive in every circumstance, your life will move into its highest dimensions.

This is one of the greatest of all the natural  laws. So, by controlling the thoughts that you think and the way you respond to the events of your life, you begin to control your destiny.

As they say there are no mistakes in life, only lessons. Every event offers you lessons. From struggle comes strength. And pain can be a wonderful teacher. So, open your mind to the learning in every event. Then you will grow stronger and happier.

Our thoughts form our world and the quality of our life comes down to the richness of our thoughts. To put it simply, if you want to live a more peaceful, meaningful life, you must think more peaceful, meaningful thoughts.

It is advisable to take a ten minute break each day to reflect , as it has a profound impact on the quality of your life.

Most of us don’t give any thought to the nature of their thoughts. We are not aware that the quality of your thinking determines the quality of your life. If you want to make remarkable improvements in your outer world you must first start within and change the caliber of your thoughts.

Don’t let your mind wander off to those energy-sapping negative thoughts. Get control of your power of thought.
