Seeking True Happiness Within

We all assume that accomplishments are the same as achieving happiness. But the fact is your wealth, fame or sexiness are by-products of happiness. They are not the cause.

I am sure you agree with me that when you are happy, you’re more likely to make choices or decisions that could lead to be rich, popular or looking sexy. Not the other way round.

I’m sure you have read or even know folks who are still deeply unhappy even they have attained wealth and success. And you know any happiest person can still be ruined by a sudden crisis.

Interestingly, there is this question of whether some of us are born to be naturally happy, while many of us have to be satisfied with some kind of low-contentment?

Some experts said that happiness happen by chance; an emotional surprise that quickly comes and goes, leaving no permanent change once the event is over.

Anyway, for those of you who really like to find out more about achieving happiness, then try to get this book by Deepak Chopra called “The Ultimate Happiness Prescription: 7 Keys To Joy And Enlightenment“.

In this Deepak Chopra talks about finding true self-esteem, detoxifying your life, learn to give being right, focus on the present, see the world in yourself and live for enlightenment. These are the seven keys to joy and enlightenment.  Personally I find this book easy to understand on how to achieve spiritual harmony.
